BasalFix

BasalFix is a leading Italian dental implant system, fully developed and manufactured in Italy by Biomec S.r.l.. The system uses high-quality medical materials, including titanium grade 4 implants according to ASTM F 67 standards, produced in an ISO 7 certified cleanroom to ensure maximum sterility and safety. Each implant is designed as a single piece and offered in various sizes, with flexible abutments suitable for both conventional and flapless surgical techniques.

The BasalFix system includes four main product lines – Basal, Compressive, TPI, and Classic – each created for specific clinical situations and color-coded for easy identification: blue for Basal, green for Compressive, and yellow for TPI. Implant surfaces are treated with plasma technology developed by the Italian company Nobil Bioricerche, ensuring efficient endotoxin removal, validated through extensive laboratory and clinical studies as well as millions of successfully applied implants.

Manufacturing complies with the European MDR 2017/745 regulation, while Biomec S.r.l. has maintained a quality management system certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 since 1998. To guarantee authenticity and traceability, each BasalFix implant is provided with a dedicated “passport.” In Bulgaria, the official office is located in Sofia, at 71-b Zlatovrah Street, supporting distribution and contact with dental professionals in the region.
